Can the Men's Nike Zoom Forever XC (with spikes) shoe be used as an 800m track shoe?
I was just curious to know if the Men's Nike Zoom Forever XC (with spikes) shoe can be used as a 800m track and field show. Will the shoe being a cross country shoe have an affect on my running for the 800meters?
I used the exact same shoe in cross country and am now using it in track. I ran in my second meet yesterday and went 1:59 in the 800. I don't think it has any negative impact on the 800.
