What are some good ideas of things to make with strawberries?
So I just got 3 ice cream pails full of strawberries and I'm looking for suggestions of things to make with them.
Fruit salad, strawberry pie, strawberry pretzel salad, and strawberry jam. If you get tired of eating them sliced or whole then make your own strawberry sauce to go on desserts. Place your cut up strawberries in a blender with a little sugar (if they aren't sweet enough) and a little water. Puree until smooth and strain out the seeds with a fine mesh strainer. Use this strawberry sauce for cheesecake, pound cake, ice cream, as a syrup for your pancakes, or any other desserts you like. It's wonderful.
