In need of how to make a homemade thermos out of a 2 litre pop bottle to keep 5oo ml of hot water hot.?
I need a recipe of how to make a thermos out of a 2 litre pop bottle and stuff like styrofoam and aluminum foil and stuff to keep 500 mL of hot water, hot for a long time. I need ideas of stuff to use to make it stay hot.It needs to be Portable. I also need an idea for how to present it in a commercial (not using a camera) to advertise people to buy our thermos. I need an idea for how to decorate a pamphlet for our thermos. I also need an original slogan for the thermos and a new name for it besides the word THERMOS. I know this is a lot but please help me. Its due very soon .
If it was me, I would wrap it in aluminum foil for sure. I think you have the right idea with the Styrofoam as well. just wrap it in both as well as cellophane (stretch tight clear plastic stuff) Another cool idea would be to get just a Styrofoam cylinder and hollow it out in the shape of the bottle, and then cover the bottle with aluminum before inserting it into the Styrofoam... then it'd be easy to decorate if you want to do that. As for a name... how about using the word stability with heat or cool... stabiliheat or storridity torrid meaning hot. eh, get creative with a thesaurus. for a pamphlet, I'd just put a picture of your new item, or cut out paper to look like it, with the word NEW! on the front and then go over some features inside. really lame, but basic. bright primary colors and weird fonts along with a really lame product... it just screams hey we're here to rip you off, and will probably impress a teacher since so many people actually use that kind of advert in todays world.
As for a slogan... I'd say just stick with something basic like... Never drink cold coffee again! or Hours later and it's still just as hot!
