How much is this 1963 King Seeley Thermos Lantern worth?
I bought this lamp at a yard sale for $5. I know it's worth much more than that, so I was trying to find the value of it to resell it again. It does need to be polished up. Here is the link to look it up,

It is the green lamp, with a small funnel on the left. It's the eleventh picture down. (There are groups of pictures in one, but I counted them as one.)
This mil-spec lantern is stamped 1963, U.S., Macomb Plant,
Thermos Division, King-Seeley Thermos Co., Macomb, Illinois.
This is the only year that Thermos had a contract
to build this model for the government.
This lantern is in Andy Sorensen's collection.

I don't know much about this kind of thing, but i felt sorry for you cause the only person who answered was just making a stupid comment. I searched around, but the only thing I could find was one for sale on ebay for $225- I'm not sure if it's exactly the same though, the picture is from a different angle and I can't see if the little funnel is there. You should probably take it to an antique dealer, preferably someone you know you can trust for an accurate estimate, to find out how much it's worth.
EDIT- oh, and in future when you post a question you should make sure it's putting it in the right category... Y!A probably saw the word "King" and thought it was government. But if you correct that you'll be more likely to get good answers and less likely to get stupid, useless remarks.
