packing a healthy kids lunch without processed meats?
We rarely eats processed meats but since school has started It seems I am using too much ham or turkey lunch meat. He does eat peanut butter but not every day ... any healthy suggestions?
Think outside the bread! 
You can take leftovers from dinner and often make a great sandwich from them. Think about chicken parmesan sandwiches (with grilled chicken), meatball subs (with lean turkey meatballs), homemade hamburgers, etc. Also, with the peanut butter, experiment with different things to go with it so it's not so boring. I like peanut butter and banana sandwiches, or PB and honey, for something different. Also, if you must use lunchmeat, you can look for low-sodium and more natural varieties in your grocer's deli.
