my wii power button turns yellow when i turn it off from the wiimote instead of red?
When I turn my wii off by pressing the red button non my wiimote, it used to go red for about 2 weeks within using my wii. But now it turns yellow when i turn it off. I understand that yellow means standby but I want it to turn off (red) when I switch it off. Also, when I leave the wii on sometimes a blue thing keeps glowing where I put the CD. Please help!!!
if you are connected to wifi this is the reason why it stays yellow just turn off the internet on the wii before you shut it down and it should turn red, or just unplug it from the back power source. Although i recommend just leaving the yellow light on for updates from nintendo
